Bitterroot House

This unique three level home is situated at the end of a cul de sac in the secluded Bitterroot subdivision, halfway between Sun Valley Resort and downtown Ketchum. This home is perfect for a large family with six bedrooms (one king bed and five queens) and five baths.
The living room has 20 foot high, floor to ceiling windows with stunning views of Bald Mountain. A large private deck off of the living area has a private hot tub and a second large deck is accessed through one of the bedrooms. The private, fenced yard has an outdoor pool surrounded by mature trees. There is an office/ den area in an open loft above the living room and a large wood burning fireplace. The dining table seats 12.

Scorpion Lodge

The Scorpion Lodge is located at the base of the Scorpion ski run at Warm Springs, walking distance to the Challenger and Greyhawk lifts. This three level home has six bedrooms with an attached one bedroom/ loft condo. The two units may be rented together or separately. This is the perfect location for large families or groups with sleeping for 16-20 guests: There are two king beds, three queen beds, bunkbeds, two twin/trundle beds and a queen futon in the six bedroom house and two queen beds in the adjoining condo. The spacious floorplan has large windows and 8 large decks with great views in every direction. The huge gourmet kitchen has two refrigerators, two ovens and two dishwashers and the three dining tables will seat 16. Amenities include an outdoor hot tub, workout room, pool table, ping-pong table, foosball table, wood burning fireplace. two washers and dryers, two stereos, and two large screen televisions.
