2009 Food & Wine Festival Details

Sun Valley hosts this celebration of culinary excellence with the third Sun Valley Food and Wine Festival provided by the Sun Valley/Ketchum Restaurant Association and Sun Valley Ketchum Chamber & Visitors Bureau. The three-day celebration will feature John Tesar, former Executive Chef of The Mansion at Turtle Creek in Dallas, Texas, Vitaly and Kimberly Paley of Paley's Place in Portland, Oregon, and Vaugh Hobbs, Executive Chef from Viking Ranges. Further guest line-up includes Cory Schreiber, Julie Richardson, and John Turenne. Local chefs will also demonstrate their skills, displaying the diverse range of menus offered in the Sun Valley area, from gourmet dining to Idaho raised lamb. Northwest Palate's Cole Danehower will present a wine seminar.
