Completed in 2007, The Timbers is located at the entrance to downtown Ketchum, walking distance to shopping, dining, galleries and nightlife. These luxury townhomes feature hardwood floors, a fully appointed gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, attached two car garage, gas fireplace, HD flat screen TV, washer and dryer and air conditioning. River Street Residences

This luxurious complex was completed in 2005 and is conveniently located in the River Run area west of Ketchum. It is adjacent to the bike path/ Nordic trail and walking distance to the River Run lifts and downtown Ketchum. These deluxe three bedroom units feature wood floors in the hall and main areas, with Oriental rugs and beautiful furnishings and artwork. A large flat-screen TV is mounted above the gas/ wood-burning fireplace. The furnished deck faces the west and has a large propane grill, and panoramic views of Bald Mountain. These units have two king size beds and two twin beds to comfortably sleep six. The master bath has a large jetted tub, a double walk-in shower, a large double vanity, and a walk-in closet. The beautiful open kitchen has a double stainless steel double refrigerator, wine cooler, a dining table that will seat six and a large bar that will seat four. These units offer underground parking, elevator, washer/ dryer and DVD player.

Bridgepoint

On a quiet stretch of Trail Creek, the Bridgepoint Condominiums are located in Ketchum, near the River Run lifts and walking distance to the shops, bars and restaurants on Main Street. Horizon Four is conveniently located within walking distance to the River Run lifts and the shops, galleries and restaurants of downtown Ketchum. Beautiful mature landscaping surrounds these 2 story, four-plex buildings. The complex offers one bedroom/ loft, two bedroom, and two bedroom/ loft condominiums. Stonehill Condominiums are located off of Saddle Road in North Ketchum near the Sun Valley Resort and one mile to downtown Ketchum. These three bedroom condominiums have decks with great views of the Bigwood Golf Course and surrounding mountain peaks. The condos are bright and airy and feature spacious living areas with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and washer/ dryer. The full baths offer jetted tubs and steam showers. There is a large, 16 person hot tub in the commons area with exercise equipment and changing room.
