Check-in Directions

Our office is located at 333 South Main Street, Suite #101 (Sockeye Square Bldg), Ketchum, Idaho 83340. Our office hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

If you are checking-in after our office has closed please see below for instructions.   

Late Check-in Instructions

  • If our office is closed, follow the sign to our after-hours check-in box located on the south side of our office.
  • Pick up the red telephone and you will automatically be connected with Aston Hotels & Resorts' on-call person.
  • Give the on-call contact your reservation number or the last name on your reservation and they will open the lock box.
  • Inside the box you will find an arrival welcome packet with your name on it. The welcome packet contains a map to your unit, keys, registration card, and area information.You will then be given a code to open a lock box (located below the arrival welcome packet) to retrieve your keys.
  • Please review the information and stop by our office in the morning so that we can verify your arrival, properly register you and update our system with your address, telephone and credit card  information.
